How do we keep track of our commerce deals?

If you are only functioning with one or two deals, care track of them is a austere matter. However, most of us have far more than two deals on the plate and even more advent down the pipeline. It is from time to time quite arduous to keep track of all the minutiae and bring to mind who said what to whom.
